4 AM

      Magazine concept
6 cover designs (mixed paper types, noctilucent silk screen ink, adhesive binding) + video teaser (0:30 min) 2019

Whereas the large part of the night is usually reserved for sleeping for the majority of society following a classical diurnal rhythm, nocturnal patterns and sleep disorders affect a considerable amount of people. 4 AM is the concept for a niche magazine revolving around topics linked to the night and nocturnal activity while artistically embracing the enigmatic nature of nighttime.
When arranged together, the single issues are connected by the arrangement of line patterns based on the aesthetics of star constellations. Identity components such as the dynamic logo, constellation graphics and typographic elements are highlighted with noctilucent silkscreen ink, thus changing the look of the magazine from day to night.
